9.1.1 Incorrect Location Provided For the opmnctl Command-line Tool

The "Management Tools for Oracle HTTP Server" chapter of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle HTTP Server contains incorrect information about the location of the opmnctl command-line tool within an ORACLE_HOME. The correct location for opmnctl is in the ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin directory.

9.1.2 The mod_security Module and Reference Manual Are Not Shipped With Oracle HTTP Server

The "Understanding Oracle HTTP Server Modules" chapter of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle HTTP Server contains Section 3.10, "mod_security", which discusses the mod_security module and references the ModSecurity Reference Manual PDF (modsecurity2_reference.pdf). The mod_security module and the (modsecurity2_reference.pdf file will not be shipped in this release.

9.2.1 Empty Command Window Displays When Oracle HTTP Server Starts If Using Apache's Log Rotation Option

On Microsoft Windows platforms, a native Apache 2.x issue causes an empty command window to display when Oracle HTTP Server is started with the Apache rotatelogs feature enabled for rotating access logs or error logs. The empty command window displays only when using Apache as the log mode, and not when using Oracle HTTP Server's default log mode of ODL-Text or ODL-XML (odl_rotatelogs).
