InstarOffice is a browser-based back-office management console which enables business users to administer, manage, and maintain their E-Commerce site with unprecedented ease and flexibility. With a full complement of easy to use management "editors" that run in standard web browsers, you can now manage your business in real time. Products and services can easily be added and deleted. Orders can be viewed and processed quickly. They can be tracked by your staff and your customers in real time. Extranets for customers, suppliers, and business partners can be easily established. This module also enables collaboration among its users. An "Internet-based filing cabinet", InstarFiler, allows users to easily share documents securely using a browser-based front end.

InstarFulfillment provides support for a multi-warehouse, multi-vendor fulfillment model. It has a customizable fulfillment matchmaker algorithm that enables orders to be matched with suppliers using a number of different heuristics, e.g. product availability, inventory levels, distance, etc.. It also allows for "vendor managed inventory" and provides for an interface into existing legacy ERP systems.
