Update Ubuntu 16.10\/16.04 Xenial Xerus<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0First and foremost, we must update our sources; head on to the\u00a0<strong>Unity<\/strong>\u00a0dash on the top left corner and type in\u00a0<strong>\u201csoftware and updates\u201d<\/strong>; open the app, and select the\u00a0<strong>\u201cother software\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0tab, tick both options, close the app (you\u2019ll be prompted to enter you root PW) and go back to the same dash; this time around, type in\u00a0<strong>\u201csoftware updater\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0open the app and it should auto-update
