It\u2019s actually the GNOME Terminal. GNOME is a family of software that comes up with a powerful support and a large community. Ubuntu has finally shifted towards GNOME and the terminal is now from GNOME. As it\u2019s a part of GNOME, it already contains a number of predefined color schemes.<\/p>\n
Go to Edit >> Preferences.<\/p>\n
Open the \u201cColors\u201d tab.<\/p>\n
At first, uncheck the \u201cUse colors from system theme\u201d.<\/p>\n
Now, you can enjoy the built-in color schemes.<\/p>\n
