According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2018\/10\/12\/17967224\/duckduckgo-daily-searches-privacy-30-million-2018\">The<br \/>\nVerge<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.searchenginejournal.com\/duckduckgo-traffic-up-50-from-last-year-hits-new-record-of-30m-daily-searches\/273751\">Search<br \/>\nEngine Journal<\/a>, DuckDuck Go&#8217;s market share is estimated to be .18%, compared<br \/>\nwith Google&#8217;s 77% and Bing&#8217;s 5%; however, DuckDuck Go&#8217;s traffic is up 50%<br \/>\nfrom last year.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nPurism&#8217;s Librem 5 phone will ship with the GNOME 3.32 desktop, which is<br \/>\nscheduled for release March 13, 2019. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.softpedia.com\/news\/purism-s-privacy-focused-librem-5-linux-phone-will-ship-with-gnome-3-32-desktop-523192.shtml\">Softpedia<br \/>\nNews reports<\/a> that GNOME developer Adrien Plazas invites &#8220;GNOME and GTK+<br \/>\napp developers to adapt their applications to work both on their favorite<br \/>\nGNU\/Linux distribution and on the upcoming Librem 5 Linux phone, which will<br \/>\nuse Purism&#8217;s Debian-based and security-oriented Pure OS operating system by<br \/>\ndefault.&#8221; See also <a href=\"http:\/\/bytesgnomeschozo.blogspot.com\/2018\/10\/librem-5-gnome-332.html\">Adrien&#8217;s<br \/>\nblog post<\/a> for more details on Librem 5 + GNOME 3.32.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Libre Computer Project recently announced its new open-source, libre ARM SBC<br \/>\ncalled La Frite. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/scan.php?page=news_item&amp;px=Libre-ARM-SBC-La-Frite\">Phoronix<br \/>\nreports<\/a> the new 512MB model will ship for $5 USD, or you can get the<br \/>\n1GB version for $10 USD. In addition, &#8220;the $5 ARM SBC is said to be 10x<br \/>\nfaster than the Raspberry Pi Zero&#8221; and also includes real HDMI, Ethernet<br \/>\nand USB ports. La Frite, the miniature version of Le Potato SBC supported by<br \/>\nmainline Linux and Android 8, should be available in November.
