This release's HTML files, POD sources and build script are available from my directory at CPAN or its mirrors or search.cpan.org.
Here is the Book-like version (PDF format).
IMPORTANT: When you download a file with .gz extension many browsers do you a "favor" and uncompress it, but forget to remove the .gz extension. Just remove this extension if your tools complain that the file is broken if you try to uncompress it again.
To read PDF files you can use: ghostview (gv), xpdf or acroread (with acroread you can search the text and us the hyperlinks). You can use the pdf2ps utility to convert PDF to PostSscript format.
