This method gets the value of a given property from the Policy Config

getOperationName

public static String getOperationName(IMessageContext ctx)

This method gets the Operation name from the message context. If not found in MessageContext, it retrieves it using Legacy Code.

getResourceName

public static String getResourceName(IMessageContext ctx)

This method gets the Service name or Binding Service Id from the message context. ServiceName is of the format namespace of Webservice/ServiceName For eg http://project1/MyWebservice1
