On the command line, use the cd command to move from your present working directory to the following directory:

On UNIX: <WL_HOME>/server/lib

On Windows: <WL_HOME>\server\lib

At the command prompt, run the following command:

<full path to the directory where java is installed>/java -jar wljarbuilder.jar

This command generates a library, which is required by all WebLogic Server application clients.
