Depicts, through the young boys’ experiences and activities, the way of life and customs of ancient Rome. Some dialogue in Latin. This film was one of three made by Encyclopaedia Britannica Films’ Bill Deneen utilizing the sets from Samuel Bronston’s epic ‘The Fall of the Roman Empire.’ This ‘Claudius’ was actually one of two released concurrently by EB, one with and one without dialogue in Latin, and is exceedingly rare.
